Discovery is fixed-fee. Delivery Programs are fixed-scope. Ongoing Support is scoped month to month. Fees and outside costs are stated in writing.
HARDWARE DELIVERY
OMIRA leads requirements, design, software, and supplier coordination. Fabrication and assembly are performed by outside suppliers selected for the program’s process, schedule, location, and compliance requirements.

If export-controlled work may be involved, classification, personnel eligibility, data handling, and supplier suitability must be confirmed before technical data is shared.
Supplier identities and sourcing terms are documented per program. Component sourcing varies by scope.
